Common questions
How the method works.
Q · 01
How is this different from sport psychology?
Sport psychology is largely diagnostic and conversational. The 8-Dimension Method is a training system. Each session prescribes drills you practise daily — not just tools you talk about.
Q · 02
Do I have to be elite to work with you?
No. The principles work for any committed athlete. The Elite 1:1 Programme is built for national and international competitors; workshops and group cycles serve athletes earlier in the journey.
Q · 03
How long until I notice change?
Most athletes report a measurable shift in 4–6 weeks: clearer focus, calmer pre-competition state, faster recovery from mistakes. Performance gains follow once the mental groundwork is in.
Q · 04
Can you work with my coach and team?
Yes — and I prefer to. The best results come when mental training is integrated with physical training. Custom Partnerships are designed exactly for that.
Q · 05
Is the coaching in person or remote?
Both. 1:1 sessions are typically remote. Workshops and squad work are run on-site. The tools transfer cleanly between formats.
Your body is already training.
Is your brain keeping up?
Start with the 8D Performance Assessment. It maps exactly where your mental game needs work — in under 10 minutes.
