I’m a Brain Performance Coach with a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience. I help athletes train their brain with structure and intention, so they can perform with confidence and consistency.
Before coaching, I spent years studying human behaviour, high-performance psychology and the mental processes that influence athletes under pressure. My approach is scientific, practical and personalised.
I’ve supported athletes across multiple sports, helping them regulate emotions, build stronger confidence, stay focused, and bounce back from setbacks.
I founded Brain Performance Coaching to give athletes the tool that was missing in traditional training: a structured way to develop strong mental skills for training, competition and life.
