With a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience — including a Master's from Brunel University London — I've spent years studying how the brain drives performance under pressure.

I work with national and international athletes across track & field, swimming, powerlifting, and more. My approach combines neuroscience, NLP, and mental performance training to close the gap between training and competition.

I've proven these methods on myself — completing a half marathon with no prior distance training, powered entirely by mental preparation. If the mind can do that, imagine what it unlocks for athletes already training their bodies.
